Greta's Clinical Tutoring is a small, one-person tutoring service. This page explains, in plain language, what information is collected through this website and how it is used.
What I collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, optional mobile number, university or course, the type of support you are after and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address and, if you choose to share it, your first name.
- Website analytics: anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.
How I use it
Enquiry details are used only to reply to you and to arrange tutoring. Newsletter details are used only to send blog posts and study resources. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are helpful so the site can be improved.
Enquiries and the newsletter are separate
Sending a tutoring enquiry never adds you to the mailing list. You are only subscribed if you fill in the newsletter form yourself, and every email includes an unsubscribe link you can use at any time.
Who else sees it
Your details are never sold or shared for marketing. A small number of trusted service providers process data on my behalf: Web3Forms delivers enquiry form messages to my inbox, MailerLite manages the newsletter list and sends emails, and Google Analytics provides anonymous website statistics.
Keeping your information safe
Information is kept only for as long as it is needed to reply to you or to keep the newsletter running, and is stored in secure, password-protected accounts. Please do not send personal health information, patient details or anything identifying a real patient through this website.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or to remove you from the mailing list. Just email gretasclinicaltutoring@gmail.com.
Updates
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
